Mérida Fall, 2026 Intermediate/Advanced Deposit

Join our Mérida City Spanish Immersion Retreat from December 11th-18th, 2026, tailored for intermediate to advanced learners. Immerse yourself in a week of cultural and language experiences in the enchanting city of Mérida.

Your deposit secures your spot and forms part of your total retreat cost. If you cancel within 30 days of payment, your deposit is refundable minus a 3% payment processing fee, provided cancellation is made more than 30 days before the retreat start date. After 30 days from the date of payment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you register within 30 days of the retreat start date, the deposit is non-refundable from the time of registration. See our payment, cancellation, and refund policy. Once the retreat has met the minimum required number of participants, you’ll receive an email with a link to pay the remaining balance.

We offer a six-month payment plan for our retreats, where you’ll be billed monthly in equal parts. For added flexibility, we offer convenient payment plans with a 4% convenience charge. Opting to pay in full eliminates this charge, allowing you to enjoy your immersive experience without additional costs.

After paying the deposit, your balance will be as follows according to the accommodations you choose upon registration:

Premium Suite [Master]

• Pricing: $3,355.00
• Payment Plan: $581.53 per month for 6 months

Luxury Suite [With a terrace or balcony]

• Pricing: $3,575.00
• Payment Plan: $619.67 per month for 6 months
