Lock in Your Immersion Experience: Deposit & Payment Plans

To secure your spot in our Spanish Immersion Retreat, we require a $475 deposit, which forms part of your total retreat cost. If you cancel within 30 days of payment, your deposit is refundable minus a 3% payment processing fee, provided your cancellation is made more than 30 days before the retreat start date. After 30 days from the date of payment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you register within 30 days of the retreat start date, the deposit is non-refundable from the time of registration.

Once we reach the minimum number of participants, we’ll send you a link to pay your remaining balance, which varies depending on your chosen retreat city and accommodations.

Prefer to spread out your retreat cost? After your initial deposit, your remaining balance can be divided into six equal monthly payments. Any customer-initiated refund issued under our refund policy will be reduced by a 3% payment processing fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs.

Attending with a spouse, significant other, or travel companion? If two participants choose to share one bed in a private room, we may be able to offer a Private Room Sharing Credit of $200 USD per person, depending on the city, lodging setup, and availability. This credit does not apply to shared-room options with separate beds, which are already priced at a lower rate.

Please note that the prices listed below include all aspects of the retreat: Spanish language courses, cultural activities, culinary tours, accommodation, and local transportation. If you qualify for a Private Room Sharing Credit, we’ll confirm and apply that credit before your remaining balance or payment plan is finalized.
