Oaxaca Fall, 2026 Intermediate/Advanced Deposit

Join our Oaxaca City Spanish Immersion Retreat from November 16th-23rd, 2026, tailored for intermediate to advanced learners. Immerse yourself in a week of cultural and language experiences in enchanting city of Oaxaca.

Your deposit secures your spot and forms part of your total retreat cost. If you cancel within 30 days of payment, your deposit is refundable minus a 3% payment processing fee, provided cancellation is made more than 30 days before the retreat start date. After 30 days from the date of payment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you register within 30 days of the retreat start date, the deposit is non-refundable from the time of registration. See our payment, cancellation, and refund policy. Once the retreat has met the minimum required number of participants, you’ll receive an email with a link to pay the remaining balance.

Payment plans include a 4% convenience fee on the balance remaining after your $475 deposit. A six-month plan is available when you register more than six months before departure. Closer to departure, the schedule may be shorter or unavailable; our team will confirm the available plan before it is finalized. Paying the balance in full avoids this fee.
